This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No. 20143 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22865 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., and 50.30 p.m., for another period of three weeks and thereafter relaxed.
