A.No.4880 of 2016 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J By order dated 19.12.2016, the garnishee was restrained by a prohibitory order from paying any amount to the respondent to the tune of Rs.12,25,353/- and was directed to deposit the same before this Court to the credit of this application on or before 24.1.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is seen that though the garnishee and the respondent have been served, till date, the garnishee have not complied with the order dated 19.12.2016 nor the respondent had come before this Court for variation of the order dated 19.12.2016.

3. Therefore, the order dated 19.12.2016 is made absolute and this application is accordingly disposed of.
