The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to furnish her a copy of the assignment order given to Late Mari in the year 1966 under Ex-Servicemen Welfare Scheme in respect of land comprised in Survey No.41 to an extent of 3.07.7 Hectares, situated at K.Agraharam Village, Thiruvanappatti Post, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the representation dated 21.01.2016.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation given by her as early as on 21.01.2016, the first respondent has not considered the same and furnished the copy of the assignment order to her.
3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a time frame. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2016, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
