By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be the owner of the patta land in Survey No.136/2, admeasuraing to an extent of 3.18 cents in Venugopalapuram Village, Thiruthani Taluk, Thiruvallur District, has submitted a representation dated 20.1.2015, to the respondent stating that the Forest Department has wrongly planted 160 trees in the patta land and prayed for removal of the same and though it was received and acknowledged on 21.1.2015, she has not been favoured with any response, and hence, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The Court heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondent. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.1.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
