ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigations complaint dated 29.08.2017 pending on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the 4th respondent herein, for proper reinvestigation of the matter. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the father of the petitioner was found dead on 26.08.2017 around 07.00pm in a mysterious condition. Subsequently, the petitioner lodged a complaint on several dates to the respondent police, but no action has been taken so far in this regard. Hence, the petitioner prays seeking a direction for transferring of the investigation to the CBCID., Vellore.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 to 4.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, at this stage transfer of investigation would affect the investigation process. Therefore, the 2nd respondent police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2017 pending on the file of the second respondent police and transfer the same to the 4th respondent herein, for proper further investigation of the matter and also complete the entire investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
