This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore to dispose the case in C.C.No.2393 of 2007.

2.It is seen that FIR has been registered in Crime No.758 of 2005 for the offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 109 IPC and the respondent police have filed final report during the year 2006 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2393 of 2007 on the file of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore. For the past 11 years the said case is pending on file.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore to dispose the case in C.C.No.2393 of 2007 on it's file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
