2. The petitioner submitted an application for sanctioning of the Educational Loan. The writ petition was filed in the year 2012. The petitioner would have completed the Course on account of length of time. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken as the cause became vanished.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
