ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) It appears that pursuant to the order of the Division Bench of this Court passed in W.P.No.11519 of 2016 dated 05.04.2016, the Tahsildar was in the process of enquiry to remove the encroachment. According to the petitioner, she is in occupation of the property for a long time and also having patta for the same.

2. If in any case, no order is passed or no consequential action taken by the respondent herein on the reply by the petitioner, after Section 7 notice dated 1st April, 2016, it is for the respondent to do the needful in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observation, the Contempt Petition is closed.
