ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.05.2015, investigate the matter in accordance with law and punish the accused to secure the ends of justice, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 06.05.2015 to the respondents by post.

4.The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 06.05.2015 to the 2nd respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.

Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
