ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.268 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent.
2. When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.268 of 2024 and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
