ORDER

Alleging that the order passed by this court in W.P.No.25333 of 2018 dated 01.10.2018 has not been obeyed by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to punish the respondent for contempt of court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Government has now passed an order disposing the application of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for regularization of purchase on 22.11.2019 in

Na.Ka.No.10234/2015(J3). He has also produced a photostat copy of the order for perusal. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the said position.

3. Since the order of this court made in the writ petition in W.P.No.25333 of 2018 has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. This contempt petition is accordingly closed.
