O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2015 in accordance with law within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2015, the 1st respondent has not considered the same yet, hence, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

3.Mrs.Mallika Srinivasan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel taking notice for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within a stipulated time in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
