ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.159 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has submitted that in this case, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No-I, Tambaram and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.172 of 2022 .

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
