This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend one month time for executing the sureties and depositing the compensation amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court(ML) Dharmapuri, in pursuance of the Order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 24522 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this Court in Crl.O.P No. 24522 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022 granted 90 days to deposit the amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track court (ML), Dharmapuri and for executing the sureties.

3. It is further submitted that petitioner was not able to mobilize the funds, therefore, he requested further period of two weeks for depositing the amount as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P No. 24522 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022.

In the light of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court extends further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order for depositing the amount before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (ML), Dharmapuri and for executing the sureties.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, with the above direction.
