By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner is working as a B.T. Assistant in Government Adi-Dravidar Higher Secondary School, Kondamur, Vannur Taluk, Villupuram District and submitted an application through proper channel stating among other things, that her husband T.Natarajan was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma Grade-II, a type of Lung Cancer, and he underwent a surgery at Santhosham Chest https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hospital, Egmore, Chennai 8, on 23.6.2014, and a sum of Rs.2,57,076/- was claimed towards medical expenses and the petitioner has also paid it and in this regard, submitted a representation dated 29.9.2014, to the second respondent, praying for reimbursement of the above said sum towards medical expenses, and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 29.9.2014, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
