The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the above Criminal Revision petition as against the judgment passed by the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.No.392 of 2017.

2. Mr.R.Nandha Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 18.04.2024.
