ORDER

This petition was filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to implement the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate I, Attur, dated 4.10.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the vehicle has been surrendered before the Court below on 24.07.2023.

3.In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court below and seek for the return of vehicle. The Court below shall pass appropriate orders in the application as expeditiously as possible.
