Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to give promotion to the petitioner as Noon Meal organiser in Mohanur Panchayat Union, Namakkal District, in view of 25% ratio reserved for promotion for in-service candidates as laid down in G.O.Ms.No163 dated 18.08.2010 of Social Welfare and Nutritious Scheme Department by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2018.

ORDER

Mr.S.Senthil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
