Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned seniority list dated 11.11.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent in his office Memo No.047/Adm.3/Vu1/Ko.Driver/2011 quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to restore the original seniority list dated 20.09.2011 issued by him in his office Memo No.047/Adm.3/Vu1/Ko.Driver/2011 and promote the petitioner as Heavy Vehicle Driver with all monetary and service benefits retrospectively within the time that may be fixed by this Honble Court.
