CRL.M.P.NO.3988 OF 2023 IN CRL.A.NO.26 OF 2022 V.SIVAGNANAM. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.296 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.26 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.
2. The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits the petitioners are complying with the condition by reporting before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am.

Recording the same, the condition imposed Crl.M.P.No.296 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.26 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is allowed.
