O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of conducting enquiry, based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending and the investigation is in progress.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the third respondent, on 03.04.2020, on which date the third respondent / Police is directed to conduct necessary enquiry and complete the investigation, on that day itself. Needless to state that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating authority.
