ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to investigate the case pertaining to the complaint dated 20.07.2014 given by the petitioner and register the case as against the persons who is depicted in the complaint. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition enquiry was conducted both on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.07.2014 and on the complaint of the counter party in C.S.R.Nos.545 & 980 of 2014 respectively and the same were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
