Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in Detention Order in Cr.M.P. No.04/2025, dated 11.02.2025 and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband namely Sasikaran, S/o.Ramanathan, male aged about 32 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and set him at liberty. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.1436, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 20.03.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands

dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
