2.At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition and it may be dismissed.

3.In view of the fact that the Petitioner is seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition and prays for dismissal of the same, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
