Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass/threaten the petitioners in the guise of

enquiry by exceeding their jurisdiction without knowing the facts of the case that this is a civil dispute.

For Petitioners : Mr.K.Mahalingam For R1 to R4 : Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass/threaten the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.1481 of 2024 and the same was closed on 12.12.2024.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands

closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them. No costs.
