Today, when the matter came up for "Being Mentioned", the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties in the suit are senior citizens and requested that it should be included in the category of senior citizen cases and requested for modification in the operative portion of the judgment. Accordingly, the operative portion of the judgment in Para 4 reads as follows:- "Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, a direction is issued to the First Additional Subordinate Court, Villupuram to dispose of O.S.No.549 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, taking into account that the parties in the suit are senior citizens and hence it should be included in the category of senior citizen cases and the matter be heard after restoration of physical hearing and disposed of at the earliest."
