ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 09.05.2014 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed by the respondent police. 4.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
