ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsels appearing for the parties would submit that there is a Memorandum of Settlement dated 25.07.2019 entered into, under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, between the management and the 2nd respondent Union.
2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner requests this Court that the writ petition may be disposed of, in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 25.07.2019 under Section 12(3) and 2(p) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 read with Rules 25(1) of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Disputes Rules, 1958.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsels appearing for both the management and the respondent Union, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement arrived at between the parties to this litigation. The Memorandum of Settlement shall be enclosed along with the order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
