2.The petitioner claims to be the organiser of temple festival relating to Shri Lakshmi Narasimmar Temple, Tammampatti Post, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District, and he submitted an application dated 27.4.2015, to the respondent praying for permission to conduct a cultural programme in connection with the temple festival to be held on 4.5.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondent. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's application/representation dated 27.4.2015, directs the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
