Suit summons was served on the sole defendant on 12.04.2022. However, there was no representation for the defendant at the hearing on 24.06.2022. In order to provide a further opportunity to the defendant, the suit was listed today. In spite of service of suit summons and the printing of the name of the defendant in the cause list, there is no representation for the defendant. Therefore, the defendant is set ex parte. The plaintiff is directed to record the ex parte evidence of P.W.1.

2. List the matter before the learned Additional Master No.III on 07.07.2022 for the above purpose. Such evidence shall be recorded on or before 14.07.2022.
