The applicant is the claimant in pending arbitral proceedings. Because the mandate of the Tribunal expired on 05.02.2026, the applicant seeks extension thereof.

2. Mr. A.V.Arun, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondents.

3. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents submit that arbitral proceedings are at the argument stage.
