The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under the Whistle Blowers Protection Act. The 3rd Respondent has denied the allegation and filed a detailed counter and the 4th Respondent has also filed a separate counter and denied the allegations.

2. It is brought to the notice of this court by the Government that the very act itself has so far not been notified and in fact, in the telegraphic message dated 7.1.2016, it has been stated that the Honourable Supreme Court directed the Centre to notify the said act. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
