Crl.M.P.No.6110 of 2024 in Crl.RC.SR.No.2903 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 8 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Case against the M.C.No.199 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Karaikkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
