Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to assign correct inter-se-seniority as directed by the 1st Respondent in Government letter dated 15.12.2011 and promote the petitioner to the post of Superintendent from the date of promotion of her immediate junior in the inter-se-seniority to be fixed and pay all arrears of salary and other benefits.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus filed in the year 2012, to direct the 2nd respondent to assign correct inter-se-seniority and promote the petitioner to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
post of Superintendent from the date of promotion of her immediate junior in the inter-se-seniority to be fixed and pay all arrears of salary and other benefits
2. Pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority viz., the first respondent/Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, on 13.03.2015, challenging the seniority fixed for the post of Superintendent issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/734/2015 dated 20.02.2015 and the same is pending. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer as sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
