ORDER
The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2025 from the file of the 1st respondent and to entrust the same to the 2nd respondent, so as to conduct fresh, fair and impartial investigation based on petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2025 and to file a comprehensive final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case completed and the final report filed through e-filing in LTN20220002649C2026 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thiruvallur on 23.03.2026.
