With reference to G.O. 408 Finance (Pension) Department dated 25.08.2009 with the already regularised service in the post of Semi-skilled worker from 01.01.1977 to 08.05.1985 with reference to G.O.Ms.No.51 Finance Department dated 14.01.1977 duly condoning the break of 102 days from 09.05.1985 to 18.08.1985 A.N. Clubbing all the above with the existing 1/4
pensionable period of service from 19.08.1985 F.N. To 30.06.2006 A.N. For pension and other pensionary benefits with arrears (Plus interest). For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mrs.V.Yamuna Devi Special Government Pleader

Despite the matter being listed on 19.08.2025, 09.09.2025 and 23.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.
2. Even today (25.10.2025) when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner inspite of the matter being passed over, which only goes to show that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
