CR.NO.142 OF 2019 Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to [i] relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.505/2020 in Crl.OP.No.32724/2019 dated 20.01.2020. [CRL.MP.No.3402/2020 IN CRL.OP.No.32724/2019] [ii] relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.32724/2019 dated 16.12.2019. [CRL.MP.No.3556/2020 IN CRL.OP.No.32724/2019 ] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.

K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32724 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioners regularly. 4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 32724 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
