CRIME NO.349/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time to comply the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.25767 of 2021 order dated 10.01.2022, and pass such further or any other orders as this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.THIRUGNANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners herein have stabbed the defacto complainant was granted anticipatory bail on 10.01.2022 with a condition to deposit Rs.20,000/-each in the credit of the Crime number 349 of 2021 and on further conditions to furnish sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum.

2. The petitioners have not complied the said condition inspite of lapse of nearly three months.

3. This Court while granting anticipatory bail on 10.01.2022, had specifically stated that:

"On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law"

4. There is no representation for the petitioners today.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and non-compliance of the conditions imposed, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners on 10.01.2022 stands canceled.
