ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.05.2015, investigate the case and to file the final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, it appears that the dispute is essentially between two brothers. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register the case, that will amount to abuse of process of law. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
