ORDER

Mr.M.Sathyan, learned Additional Central Government Standing Counsel accepts notice for the respondent/Registrar of Companies and is sufficiently armed with instructions to enable a final disposal of this matter even at the stage of admission. Thus, and having heard Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, learned cousel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Sathyan, learned counsel for the respondent this writ petition, is disposed finally even now.

2. The prayer of the writ petitioner is for a mandamus simplicitor directing the respondent to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioners dated 18.06.2021 and take appropriate action as requested therein.

4. The receipt of the representation is not in dispute as the petitioner has placed on record a postal track evidencing service of representation upon the respondent on 21.06.2021 itself. Thus mandamus as sought for is issued directing the respondent to dispose the representation dated 18.06.2021 sent by the first petitioner to the respondent in regard to a transaction between Kwality Spinning Mills Private Limited and the petitioners for sale of certain portions of land in Solapalayam Village, Pollachi, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today after hearing the petitioners/authorized representatives and in accordance with law.

5.This writ petition stands disposed as above. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed. No Costs.
