This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: This application has been filed to grant leave to file this suit against the 3rd and 4th defendants. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The suit is filed for claiming damages in respect of an incident took place in Kabadi match at Tirunelveli and

F.I.R. also has been filed as against the applicant herein by the Inspector of Police based on the complaint given by the 4th defendant herein. The cause of action for claiming damages arose outside the jurisdiction of this Court i.e. Tirunelveli.

3.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant, since the first defendant selected the applicant and sent him for the kabadi match, part of the cause of action arose within this jurisdiction.

4.This court is not able to accept such contention as the suit itself is filed for claiming damages based on the alleged incident happened in Tirunelveli, which led to file an F.I.R. in Tirunelveli, I am of the view that the cause of action did not arise within the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, no leave can be granted. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
