This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 28.10.2020 made in C.A.No.364 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore.
2. Heard Mr.M.Dhayalan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the trial Court convicted the accused, the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore acquitted the accused on the ground of irrelevant facts.
