Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to (I) relax the condition No.(iii) Imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.7938 & 7935 of 2016 in C.A.No.580 & 579 of 2016 dated 23.08.2016 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner (in both the petitions) and of SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent (in both the petitions) the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting suspension of sentence. It appears that petitioners were granted bail with condition that they should report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.

2. They have not appeared and now claim for relaxation of the bail condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12274 of 2017 has failed to report before the trial Court since the month of August 2017 and the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12275 of 2017 has not reported before the trial Court from the month of July 2017. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions.

4. Hence, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. However, if the petitioners report before the trial Court within one week, the earlier condition holds or else the respondent is at liberty to move cancellation of bail. -sd/- 22/09/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
