ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 of IPC @ 147, 148, 294b), 323, 324 , 302 r/w. 149 of IPC in Crime No.50 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that due to previous enmity, all the accused attacked the deceased with wooden log and beer bottle and caused his death. Investigation is still pending and awaiting for report from the Forensic Department.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the serious nalture of the offence and also the fact that investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
