(CRIME NO.06/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.5166/2022 dated.04.03.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VIJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.5166 of 2022, dated 04.03.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam.

2. This Court on 04.03.2022, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners imposed a condition that the petitioners should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- each and two sureties each before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam, within a period of seven days.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioners.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states due to delay in receiving the copy of the conditional order they could not able to execute the sureties within a time stipulate by this Court.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, for executing sureties time is extended till 18.04.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
