This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.18375 of 2021 dated 17.10.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.822 of 2024 has been filed challenging the order of this Court in W.P.No.18375 of 2021 dated 17.10.2023. There is an order of stay granted in the said Writ Appeal.
