Thus, both the writ petitions are listed today. Both the writ petitions have been filed for the very same relief by the same petitioner.

2. Since these two writ petitions have been filed for the very same relief, the present writ petition i.e., W.P.No.33106 of 2013 is dismissed, it being later in time. Considering the age of petitioner, I am refraining from imposing cost on the petitioner.
