Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to consider our representation dated 22.06.2017 by taking action against the 7th respondent who illegally constructing bricklin by encroaching water channels and also converted the agricultural land into construction purpose at Paravallur Village Ayan Nanjai Survey No.254/10, 254/6D, 255/10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 7-B, 8-B, 9, total extent of 3 acres situated at Paravallur Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking removal of encroachment in Survey No.254/10, 254/6D, 255/10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 7-B, 8-B, 9, total extent of 3 acres situated at Paravallur Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2.Mr.Udhaya Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader would draw the attention of this Court to paragraph 4 and 7 of the counter affidavit and submit that immediate action was taken to remove the encroachment made by the 7th respondent in Raja Vaickal and it was removed on 22.06.2018 and as on date, there is no encroachment.

3.Since action has already been taken as could be seen from the photographs produced before this Court, no further action is necessary. Hence, the writ petition stands closed.
