ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 23.09.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 23.09.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.246 of 2015, in which the opposite party appeared and produced the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order of injunction granted by the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.3661 of 2015 in O.S.No.1228 of 2015 against the petitioner, on account of which, this petition enquiry has been closed as civil in nature. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
