(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Government Pleader states that there is no need to entertain this Public Interest Litigation, as the work of construction of bridge was delayed on account of the land acquisition problems and now that issue has been sorted out and the bridge is likely to be completed within a period of about three months.

2. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
